“Every James Bond film needs a great villain as well as a fair few baddies beneath them, doing the dirty work. Harbour’s Gregg Beam is a corrupt CIA station boss who cosies up to big bad Dominic Greene (Matthieu Amalric), turns a blind eye to a Bolivian coup and orders a hit on 007. Straight to hell for that guy. In fact, his only redeeming feature is that he wears a moustache so majestic that it would make Henry Cavil’s Mission: Impossible effort look like bum-fluff.”
